The MODEL 824 FLUSH, the ultimate solution for those seeking maximum protection and durability for their garage doors. Our garage doors are made with 24 gauge commercial quality (G40) galvanized steel sheets, roll formed into a 2″ Deep Section, giving them a clean and sleek appearance that will complement any modern warehouse.

Standard colors are White, Brown, Black and Almond.

Optionally (for extra charge) we can power coat to any customer’s color request.

This door is highly customizable: choose your preferred color, can be insulated for better protection to heat of your warehouse goods, can add windows so you can still have light penetration in the warehouse in case of a power outage, can upgrade to quite hardware installed on the door (i.e. quiet hinges and rollers).

 Model 824 meets and exceeds latest Miami Dade building code requirements for High Velocity Hurricane Zone wind load. Our doors are be certified for Large and small Missile Impact by the official authorities.
